Data leader with 16 years of experience across R&D and B2B/B2C SaaS, focused on shipping data products that move business metrics.
Currently Senior Director, Head of Data at Moss, where I lead Product Analytics, Commercial Analytics, and Analytics Engineering, and am driving an AI-first transformation that puts data at the core of decision making and RevOps automation.
Across my 8 years in SaaS, my work has spanned data analytics, decision science, and data governance, combining a hands-on, pragmatic approach with a research background from a PhD in Data Mining and Machine Learning at TU Wien and several years in R&D centres. I have authored over 30 publications in major international conferences and journals.

Product & Commercial Analytics
Building analytics functions from the ground up and scaling them across product squads. Metrics frameworks, funnel analysis, A/B testing infrastructure, and customer segmentation — across Typeform, Bitpanda, Docplanner, and Moss.
Data Leadership & Team Building
Led data teams from zero-to-one (Bitpanda) to 40+ person global functions (Docplanner). Cross-functional management spanning engineers, analysts, and scientists — with a track record of hiring, structuring, and growing high-performance data orgs.
Analytics Engineering & Data Platform
End-to-end ownership of data infrastructure: ingestion pipelines, data modeling, software instrumentation, and event tracking governance. Hands-on experience at Bird, Docplanner, and Moss building the plumbing that makes analytics reliable.
Data Governance & Strategy
Establishing data governance frameworks, quality standards, and company-wide data practices in fast-moving SaaS environments. At Docplanner, led a full revamp of software instrumentation governance across a global platform.
Business Intelligence & Executive Reporting
Translating complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership. Weekly business reviews, C-suite dashboards, and board-level reporting — making data the common language for strategic decisions at Bird, Docplanner, and Moss.
AI-First Data Transformation
Currently driving an AI-first transformation of the data function at Moss. Applying a research background in ML — built over years of academic work — to modern SaaS contexts: smarter pipelines, augmented analytics, and AI-assisted decision-making.
